返品ポリシー
返品ポリシーは到着後７日間です。商品を受け取ってから７日以内に返品をリクエストできます。
返品の対象となる際には、商品は受け取った時と同じ状態で、未使用・未着用、タグ付き、元のパッケージに入っている必要があります。また、レシートや購入証明が必要です。

返品が承認された場合、返品用の配送ラベルと、荷物の送付方法および送付先の指示をお送りします。事前に返品をリクエストせずに送られた商品は受け付けられません。

損傷および問題
商品を受け取ったらすぐにご確認いただき、商品が欠陥品、損傷品、または注文と異なる場合は、すぐにご連絡ください。問題を評価し、適切に対応いたします。
返品不可の商品
特定の種類の商品は返品できません。生鮮食品（食品、花、植物など）、カスタム製品（特注品や名入れ品など）、個人ケア用品（美容製品など）は返品不可です。また、危険物、可燃性液体、ガスも返品できません。特定の商品について質問や懸念がある場合は、お問い合わせください。
セール品やギフトカードの返品はお受けできませんので、ご了承ください。
交換
希望の商品を確実に手に入れる最速の方法は、現在お持ちのアイテムを返品し、返品が承認された後に新しいアイテムを別途購入することです。
返金
返品を受け取り検査した後、返金が承認されたかどうかをお知らせします。承認された場合、10営業日以内に元の支払い方法に自動的に返金されます。銀行やクレジットカード会社が返金を処理し反映するまでに時間がかかることがありますので、ご注意ください。
返金が承認されてから15営業日以上経過しても返金がない場合は、amechoku@gmail.comまでご連絡ください。

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with our standard policy, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
